Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?

No, tickets do not have to be purchased in advance. If you have a group of 10 or more, please email info@muscleshoalssoundstudio.org or by calling 256.978.5151 ext. 3

How long does the tour last?

The tour runs roughly 45 minutes. We ask that guests arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts to purchase your tickets or redeem your online tickets in the gift shop.

What is parking like?

Parking is available for all types of vehicles:

Cars can park directly in the gravel lot by the studio.

Motorcycles can park on the concrete pad behind the studio on Tennessee Street. The grass area can also be used.

RV's, motorhomes, buses, etc.. can park in the grass along Tennessee St.

Oh no, I can't make my designated tour time. What do I do?

We do recommend to book a specific tour time. However, if your plans change and you miss your selected time, no action is needed as your ticket remains valid until you arrive. Only contact us if you need to book for a group; otherwise, there's no need to call or email.

Do you have a public restroom?

Restrooms are located in the parking lot inside the wooden building.

Are you pet friendly?

YES YES YES. We welcome pets of all kinds, however we do ask that you kindly pick up and dispose of your pet's dirty business when they finish.

Is the studio handicap accessible?

The front door of the studio, as well as our restrooms, are wheelchair accessible. However, the basement is only accessible via outdoor stairs.
